SUMMER_SHOES.jpg

So bitterly cold these January days, makes one surprised to consider how little clothing is needed in the summer months. Even a fur-collared coat isn’t enough! See my latest Flickr post for my fantasy depiction of a cold night, taken outside Brighton’s Royal Pavilion.

The sunny image above, the colours of which are quite contrapuntal to the UK’s current icy breezes, is what you can call an outtake from my cloning days last summer - from The country path.

Thanks for the continuing good wishes and kind comments for my website and its prospects.

Really cold indeed. To be honest, I don’t like when it is like that and sometimes it is stopping me from any photographic activity. Oh, damn JC, I am so lazy. :)

    thanks!

Wojtek, I recommend indoor shoots. I have just produced a splendid bedtime portrait. A bedside lamp can produce excellent effects!

I have always liked you images but found flickr to be limiting in what can be posted (i.e. censorship). Therefore I am glad that you now have both a blog and an official site. Much more freedom and you aren’t promoting flickr via your work. I think this is excellent and really compliments your images.

This blog of yours is very smooth… and the presentation is elegant… I am looking at your great summer pic and dreaming of warmer days (it is currently -22 degrees C with the wind chill factored in… brrrrrr) Your warm shots are really needed!

    Cheers!

Aniela, I really love these country shots, and this one is especially nice - very un-posed and spontaneous. You are such a talented photographer. All the best.
